Justine Gayle
Justine Gayle is the Sr. Director of HR Operations and Compliance at Booz Allen Hamilton. She serves as the AA/EEO Official responsible for the firm’s FAAP program, reporting, and adherence to federal, state, and local EEO and employment compliance requirements. She is an Ethics Advisor and strategic partner across firm leadership driving critical activities around technology and process improvement, policy and regulatory requirements, employee relations, audits, and risk assessments. Prior to Booz Allen, Justine managed training, risk and audit assessments, and labor relations in the airline industry. Justine serves as President of the Washington DC Metro ILG (WMILG).

Tim Trittin
Tim has over 20 years of combined experience in OFCCP & EEO compliance, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. He also served in the US Army Reserve as a Combat Engineer where he became a non-commissioned officer. Tim is currently the Senior Manager of Human Capital Compliance for PricewaterhouseCoopers IT Services (US) LLC.

Rick Holt
Rick Holt, Ph.D. is the Washington Metro ILG Treasurer and a Partner in the Washington, DC Office of Resolution Economics. He is a labor economist that has been involved in projects for over 20 years covering all aspects of employment discrimination cases, including: compensation, hiring, promotion, and termination. Rick works extensively with federal government contractors in the context of OFCCP compliance, especially as it applies to pay equity.

Joanna Colosimo
Joanna L. Colosimo, M.A., SHRM-SCP is the Vice President of Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy at DCI Consulting Group, where she leads a division of I/O Psychologists, advanced HR practitioners, and analysts who consult with organizations on OFCCP compliance requirements, pay equity solutions, audit strategies, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with over 16 years of experience with OFCCP and diversity-related work. Joanna is the Past President of the Washington DC Metro ILG (WMILG) and active Programs Co-Chair. She serves on the NILG 2023 conference marketing committee.

Chris Liakos
Chris Liakos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, leads the Fair Employment Practices Compliance function at EY where he is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy and adherence of compliant employment practices as it relates to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, and federal and state regulatory adherence. Prior to joining EY, Chris lead Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance at Northrop Grumman Corporation. He currently holds his SPHR and SHRM-SCP designation and has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from James Madison University. He maintains a position on the Washington Metro ILG Steering committee, the Board of Directors for DirectEmployers Association, is an active member of the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), and is an elder at Brambleton Presbyterian Church.

Amanda Bowman
Amanda Bowman is the Director of Audit Strategy and Regulatory Affairs at DCI Consulting Group in the Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy Division. Over the last twelve years, Amanda has provided clients with guidance on EEO and affirmative action statutes and regulations to meet the OFCCP compliance requirements. Amanda’s primary focus is to provide support for clients on affirmative action planning, compensation equity analyses, audits, and employment discrimination. She also is involved in monitoring and digesting regulatory changes and information collection requests impacting the Federal contractor community. Amanda earned a M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.

Brandon Moon
Brandon Moon, J.D., SHRM-SCP is the Director of Compliance and HR Operations at Day & Zimmermann Government Services. He designs and implements HR processes for D&Z and supports global HR compliance with country, state, and local laws. Brandon is also a Principal Consultant for Kiln HR. Before moving to Human Resources, Brandon spent 10 years as a Labor and Employment Attorney for a boutique Labor and Employment law firm specializing in OFCCP Compliance and Pay Equity. Brandon is a licensed attorney in the state of Virginia.
